Hey there!
I'm Double , from Germany. I am currently finishing my bachelor of Arts. I started drawing in late 2020 due to the pandemic and the need to have a hobby that allows to be enjoyed at home. I began drawing Furries in the middle of 2021. I even dabble in 3D-Art.Thank you for stopping by!

I love chatting with my clients! To help me keep track of all your requests, please send clear, written text messages rather than voice notes, and try to organize your ideas into short paragraphs. I always aim to treat every client with kindness and respect, and I kindly ask for the same courtesy in return.Refusal of service:
I reserve the right to decline or drop a commission at any given time with a reason provided to you.

Procedure:

Workflow Steps:
Work begins with a rough sketch sent over to you for review. Once you approve the sketch, I will clean up the lineart and apply flat colors, which gives you another opportunity to request minor adjustments. After those tweaks are made, you will receive the final piece, fully shaded and polished.Turnaround Time:
Depending on factors like complexity, queue order, university deadlines, work, health, or family issues, a commission can take up to 3 months to complete. If any unexpected delays arise on my end, I will notify you promptly.Delays:
Please keep in mind that I am a full-time university student managing exams and tight deadlines alongside my personal life, friends, and family. I am human, so I make mistakes, forget things, or take time to reply. If you haven’t heard an update from me in a while, please feel free to reach out! You are never bothering me by asking for a progress update, and gentle reminders actually help me out a lot.

Customer satisfaction

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made
Such as small colouring/marking mistakesPlease keep in mind that I am a full-time university student with exams and tight deadlines. Most importantly, I am human, I make mistakes and sometimes forget things. I also have a private life, friends, and family that I want to spend time with, which means I may not always be immediately reachable and might occasionally forget to respond. If you haven’t heard any updates or progress from me, I encourage you to reach out. You are never bothering me by doing so, you are actually helping me out.Any great changes will come with an extra charge
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completelyIf your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee

Refunds:

Before work has started:
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.After work has started:
If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.
I do have a rough basis for refunds:
Sketch: 80%
Line and Flat Color: 0%

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.Cancelation by the artist:
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it

Copyright / Usage Policy

As the artist, I retain full copyright ownership of the produced drawing, not the commissioner. This means I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself online, publish art books featuring the work, or display it elsewhere to my liking.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original priceThe following is considered Copyright infringement::
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
